🧳 Do you travel for weddings outside Mumbai?
Absolutely. We cover destination weddings across India (and internationally, too). Travel, stay, and meals for our team need to be arranged by you, and we always provide a clear breakdown of those logistics so there are no surprises.
🚫 Can I hire other photographers or videographers too?
Short answer: No.
Long answer: You're hiring us for our storytelling and visual aesthetic. Bringing in another team disrupts our flow and affects the final product. We kindly ask you to commit to a single team – and we’ll give you our full creative best.
📸 How do you help camera-shy couples?
We're not here to make you pose like mannequins. We create a chilled-out vibe where you can relax, be goofy, and forget you're being filmed. Most couples forget the camera is even there by the time we’re done with the first five minutes.
🎥 What kind of equipment do you use?
We shoot with professional-grade Sony mirrorless cameras, cinematic lenses, high-end audio gear, and stabilizers. Basically, your love story gets the same visual treatment as a music video – but more emotional, less autotuned.
💳 What are your payment terms?
To lock in your dates, we take a 50% advance at booking. The remaining 50% is due on the final shoot day. No confusing contracts or fine print – just straight-up transparency.
❌ What if I cancel or need to reschedule?
The advance is non-refundable, but if you reschedule your event, we offer one free date shift within 12 months, as long as it's for the same services. Life happens – we get it.

Yes. Always. Emergencies don’t announce themselves, so we keep backup professionals on-call, ready to step in if needed. Your coverage is never compromised – it’s part of our contingency protocol.

The Booking Process: How It Works
Step 1: Fill Out the Booking Form
Ready to get started? Head to our Contact Page or connect with us on WhatsApp/Instagran. You’ll receive a detailed event form where you can enter key information – like wedding dates, event types, location, number of guests, and the services you’re looking for (candid photography, cinematic films, etc.).
Step 2: Get Your Custom Wedding Photography Quote
Once your form is submitted, our team dives into the details. We send you a tailored quotation within 24 hours, based on your schedule, locations, team size, and deliverables. No cookie-cutter packages here – we build around you.
Step 3: Approve & Confirm
Your quote email includes a confirmation link. If everything looks good, click to approve and lock in your intent to book us. No smoke signals or follow-ups needed.
Step 4: Contract + Advance = You’re Officially Booked
You’ll get a digital contract outlining everything – deliverables, timelines, payment terms, cancellation policy, and travel info (if applicable). Once you review and send us your signed acknowledgment, a 50% advance is required to officially seal the date. The remaining 50% is due on the final shoot day.
For out-of-town or destination weddings, travel, meals, and accommodation for our crew are handled by you and billed in the final installment.
Step 5: WhatsApp Group + Creative Kickoff
We’ll create a dedicated WhatsApp group with you, Sneha, Saif, and our coordination team. It’s your direct line for planning, moodboards, inspiration, location ideas, timelines – or last-minute meltdowns (we’ve seen it all).

How many total images should we expect, and how are the images selected and delivered?
We prioritize quality over quantity when it comes to capturing and delivering images. There is no specific limit to the number of images shot or edited. After the event, our dedicated editors meticulously review each and every image, ensuring they meet our high standards.
How are the images delivered to us?
Once all the images are processed and ready, they are systematically organized into event-wise folders. An online website link is created, and this link will be shared with you within 60 days of the event. You have the option to request a password protection for the gallery. This gallery is accessible to both clients and visitors.
How are the images selected and edited?
Our editors carefully review all the captured images, eliminating duplicates and shots that may be out of focus. This meticulous selection process ensures that you receive a collection of images that truly represent the essence of your special day. The chosen images then undergo professional processing, including color correction and enhancement, to ensure they look their best.
Can we control which images are visible to others?
Absolutely, the online gallery provides you with control over the visibility of images. You can choose to hide specific photos from the public gallery while retaining access for yourself. This ensures that you have complete control over the images shared with your friends and family.
Can we create a list of favorite images for albums?
Yes, our online gallery offers a feature that allows you to create a favorite list of images directly from the website. This list can be used to select images for albums, making the process of album creation more convenient and personalized.
How do we access the online gallery?
We share the link to the online gallery with you. Additionally, we post this link on the common WhatsApp group that will be created for your event. The gallery is designed to be smartphone-friendly and compatible with Smart TVs, ensuring you can easily enjoy the photos with your loved ones.
How do we receive the images in physical format?
In addition to the online gallery, all the processed images are delivered to you on a hard drive. It's important to note that you will need to provide the hard drive for this purpose.
What about album printing? Is it included in the package?
Album printing is a separate process that occurs after the image delivery. While the album printing service is not included in the initial package, we do offer high-quality album design and printing services. Our team can guide you through the process of selecting images and creating a stunning album that tells the story of your special day.
Can we see the RAW footage and select our shots?
We do not provide RAW photos and videos. However, if need be, we can help you with an uncut version of films at an additional cost. These usually have all moments that we shoot with raw essence yet polished.
We shoot thousands and thousands of film clips from multiple cameras, and sometimes the total duration of these RAW clips exceeds 30 hours of footage for a typical three-day wedding. These clips undergo careful conversion, and editors work diligently to create a first cut of the best clips for the final edit. Client interference at this stage can lead to delays and disrupt the editing process. For this reason, we do not allow clients to sit through RAW footage selection. We offer one round of edit changes, ensuring that any concerns about the footage are addressed after the first screening of your film.
