The Booking Process


Step 1: Fill Out the Booking Form

  • Clients visit our website and navigate to the "Contact" section, or if the client is connecting over WhatsApp, they get the contact form.
  • A comprehensive form is provided where clients can input all the necessary event details, such as date, time, location, and specific requirements.


Step 2: Receive Custom Quotation

  • Once the client submits the booking form, our dedicated team reviews the details provided.
  • Our team crafts a personalised quotation based on the information provided, ensuring it aligns with the client's needs and preferences.
  • The custom quotation is sent to the client via email within 24 hours.


Step 3: Confirming the Quotation

  • The email with the custom quotation contains a confirmation link.
  • The client can click on the confirmation link to indicate their approval of the provided quotation and move forward with the booking process.


Step 4: Contract, Payment and Confirmation

  • Upon confirmation, the client receives an email containing the contract for the services.
  • The contract outlines all terms and conditions, ensuring clarity on both ends.
  • The client is requested to review and revert with an acknowledgement, demonstrating their commitment.
  • An advance of 50% is needed for a confirmation of booking and remaining 50% is due on the final shoot day.
  • Once we receive the advance payment, the booking stands 100% confirmed.
  • Incase of a booking outside Mumbai, the travel, meal and accommodation needs to be paid by the client and will be billed with the final instalment.


Step 5: Setup WhatsApp Group and Arrange Meeting

  • Our team sets up a WhatsApp group, with the bride and the groom. Sneha and Saif connects with the client to discuss finer details, answer any questions, and arrange an in-person or virtual meeting if required.
  • The client can share their ideas and thoughts on the group, and also share actual photo ideas they wish to create on their big day.
